BlackRock is hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to manage employee listening and lifecycle survey projects, lead talent, early-career, and learning-and-development insights, support firmwide sentiment analytics, conduct ad-hoc analytics, develop reporting dashboards, and advise on employee engagement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of data-analytics experience, statistical and research-design knowledge, and experience with R or Python, data consolidation and visualization tools, and generative AI. The position is based in New York City, requires at least four office days per week, and offers a base salary of USD 105,000 to USD 135,000 plus bonus and benefits.
