Description
Union Square Hospitality Group is hiring a Data and AI Engineer to own the data infrastructure supporting reporting and decision-making across its restaurant portfolio. The hybrid role combines AWS Redshift data warehouse management with an AI layer, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, performance tuning, data quality, documentation, and AI-driven analytics agents and automated reporting. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, AWS Redshift or comparable cloud data warehouse experience, SQL and Python, ETL/ELT and API integration, and LLM/AI tooling experience. Compensation is $110,000 annually plus performance-based bonus potential, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
