ZURU is hiring a Data & AI Engineer to own production data pipelines and data products that support business decisions across its global operations. The role covers end-to-end pipeline design and migration, data modeling for analytics and AI, observability, testing, alerting, infrastructure automation, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. Required experience includes at least three years building production pipelines, advanced SQL, Python, dbt, a cloud data platform, and production debugging; Spark, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, LLM workflows, and engineering leadership are listed as bonuses.
