Description
Cencora is hiring a Data & AI Product Discovery Designer to lead early-stage and continuous product discovery for Data & AI solutions. The role partners with product, engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to conduct user research, usability studies, validation experiments, prototyping, co-creation, and synthesis of actionable insights. It also develops personas, journey maps, workflow diagrams, experience models, and metrics while ensuring accessibility, compliance, and technical feasibility. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
