Datashift is hiring a Data & AI Strategy Manager to lead client engagements, select and execute data and AI use cases, develop operating models, guide consultants, translate analytics and AI concepts into business strategies, track outcomes, and contribute to strategy development and business development. The role requires a master’s degree, 4–8 years of experience including at least two years in strategy consulting and exposure to data, analytics, or AI projects, along with strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. The position is based in Mechelen, Leuven, or Ghent and includes training, a company car, fuel card, meal vouchers, and a bonus.
