Description
Xero is hiring a Data & Analytics Enablement Lead to own self-service data enablement for its G&A functions. The role sets enablement roadmaps, data guardrails, metric definitions, dashboards, learning pathways, and responsible AI practices; partners with Finance, HR, and central Data, BI, and Governance teams; and mentors analysts and business users. The position is based in Auckland, Melbourne, or Sydney and uses a hybrid model combining in-office collaboration with flexible home work.
