Description
Collectiv is hiring a Data & Analytics Engineer to serve as a technical consultant bridging data engineering and Power BI analytics. The role designs Microsoft Fabric and Databricks lakehouse architectures, builds ELT/ETL pipelines, develops semantic models and SQL or Spark transformations, and delivers enterprise-scale Power BI reports and dashboards. The consultant also advises enterprise clients, manages stakeholder expectations, supports adoption and training, and contributes to data platform standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of combined data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI consulting experience, and offers a fully remote work environment with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
