Description
Food for Education is hiring a Data & Analytics Engineer for an on-site, five-day-per-week fixed-term contract in Nairobi, Kenya. The role owns the end-to-end data platform, including data architecture, source assessment, BigQuery data modelling, ETL and data-migration pipelines, Airflow or equivalent orchestration, dbt analytics models, metric definitions, data quality and protection, incident management, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least four years of data and analytics engineering experience, and production experience with dbt and BigQuery. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics and includes occasional domestic travel.
