Madison Logic is hiring a data and analytics leader to own and drive the company’s data products and analytics roadmap, develop and implement data strategy, and lead a team of data engineers and analysts. The role focuses on creating business dashboards, enabling data as a product, presenting insights to executives, enforcing data governance and security practices, and collaborating with engineering on data and machine learning systems. The position requires an on-site presence at the company office five days per week, with hybrid arrangements available for some employees depending on location.
