Description
Decagon is hiring a Data and Analytics professional to build 0-to-1 data infrastructure for strategic decision-making. The role partners with engineering to instrument product surfaces, translates business scenarios into measurable data problems, and maintains reliable datasets across growth, go-to-market, pricing, deals, finance, and product. It requires 3+ years of data experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, strong SQL and BI skills, and experience building tables and databases from scratch; Clickhouse, CDC, custom connectors, and query optimization are preferred.
