Polymarket is hiring a Customer Experience Analytics Lead to build the CX data and analytics function from the ground up. The role owns CX metrics and dbt models, writes SQL and data models, leads analytics engineers, partners with central data engineering, delivers executive insights, and develops measurement frameworks for AI agents and automation. Candidates need 6+ years of analytics or data science experience, including at least 2 years leading an analytics team, along with SQL, dbt, BI, customer support, and data storytelling expertise. The position offers a base salary of $250,000 to $275,000 plus equity and benefits.
