West Monroe is hiring a Manager in its Data & Analytics team within the Technology & Experience Practice to lead enterprise consulting projects across strategy, architecture, delivery, and implementation. The role manages client engagements and cross-functional consulting teams, oversees budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and methodologies, communicates with executive stakeholders, develops statements of work and business development opportunities, and mentors junior consultants. Candidates need 7+ years of professional-services Data & Analytics experience, strong data engineering knowledge, and experience with data migration and integrations using Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure or AWS. The position is hybrid, requiring office attendance twice weekly, travel to client sites up to 50%, and United States work authorization without sponsorship. Salary varies by location from $152,200-$179,000 to $175,000-$205,000 USD.
