ATI Business Group is hiring a Data & Infrastructure Support Engineer to serve as the first point of contact for data and infrastructure incidents. The role involves investigating and resolving or escalating issues using logs, dashboards, alerts, monitoring tools, and support tickets; supporting servers, cloud services, networking, storage, data platforms, pipelines, ETL/ELT jobs, and data warehouses; and developing exposure to RPA and AI/LLM support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, technical support or infrastructure experience, troubleshooting and monitoring skills, SQL and data-pipeline knowledge, cloud infrastructure familiarity, basic scripting, and ITSM experience.
