Description

Hiscox is hiring a Data & Insight Partner to turn data into actionable business recommendations across its UK business. The role partners with senior stakeholders, gathers and translates reporting requirements, builds and tests Power BI reports and dashboards, performs root-cause analysis, develops scenario models and forecasts, and promotes self-service analytics and data literacy. Strong Power BI and SQL skills are essential; Databricks, SPSS, and Copilot Studio or similar AI agent tools are desirable.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Strong professional experience in data, insight, analytics, management information, or business intelligence roles.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Databricks or a similar cloud-based data platform.
Experience with SPSS or comparable statistical analysis tools.
Experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI agent management tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and advisory skills.
