Novicap is hiring a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain production-grade data products that power credit and fraud decision workflows. The role owns the full machine-learning lifecycle, including feature engineering, model training and retraining, versioning, monitoring, APIs, database schemas, data pipelines, and scalable AWS services. It requires Python, REST APIs, SQL, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure experience, and offers a hybrid work model with three office days and two home days.
