Sia is hiring a Data & Process Consultant to lead complex transformation projects that analyze, optimize, and implement business processes and data-driven solutions. The role covers process modeling, BPM simulations, data architecture, reporting, dashboards, data governance, KPIs, analytics, automation, and stakeholder management, while guiding 1–2 analysts and contributing to proposals and internal capability development. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of process, data, or digital transformation experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. The position offers a competitive salary, mobility budget, company car, hospital insurance, and a performance-related bonus, but does not provide a work permit.
