Sia is hiring a Data & Process Consultant to lead complex transformation projects that combine business-process optimization with data-driven solutions. The role covers process analysis, BPM modeling, data modeling, data architecture, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, data governance, analytics, automation, and implementation support, while coordinating clients, IT, data, and business teams and guiding 1–2 analysts. The position requires a master’s degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English; it does not provide a work permit.
