Holmes Murphy & Associates is hiring a Data & Reporting Analyst for its Information Technology team in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role collects and analyzes data, develops and automates dashboards and reporting tools, identifies trends and anomalies, consults with cross-functional teams, ensures data quality, and provides operational consulting related to reporting and the claim system. The position requires 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field, along with analytical, communication, presentation, data visualization, SQL, Python, R, or similar technical skills; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
