Cohere is hiring a part-time Data Annotation Specialist as an independent contractor to evaluate and improve model responses to coding, data science, agent, and debugging tasks. The role involves reviewing code, analyzing model trajectories, assessing data visualization and software outputs, labeling and proofreading generated content, and reporting quality trends. It requires at least 16 hours per week, remote work within Canada, a 12-month contract, and a 40 CAD/hour contract rate.
