LBA is hiring a Data Applications & Analytics Analyst to support commercial real estate business applications, data reporting, integrations, and AI/automation. The role partners with leasing, accounting, asset management, operations, finance, IT, vendors, and consultants; troubleshoots data and application issues; builds and tests reporting, dashboards, data pipelines, and data quality controls; and documents workflows and processes. Candidates should have hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data applications, or system integration, along with SQL, BI, cloud data platforms, spreadsheet, and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include scripting, commercial real estate systems, APIs, data governance, and AI/automation experience.
