RCT Systems is hiring a Senior-level Data Architect/SME to support a customer mission involving data acquisition, exploitation, engineering, and management. The role designs cloud-based data infrastructure and management solutions, builds ETL and data-processing pipelines, works across AWS, Hadoop/HDFS, Cloudera, Spark, Presto, SQL, and NoSQL environments, integrates data flows with systems such as Niagara Falls, and collaborates with contractor, customer, and external teams. Required qualifications include AWS cloud infrastructure and data management, TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, data engineering, Python, ETL pipeline execution, big-data technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, data-flow integration, and strong communication skills. Desired qualifications include targeting workflows, large language models, agentic workflows, Neo4j/graph databases, and hard-target mission experience.
