Description
West Monroe is hiring a Data Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, optimization, and governance of scalable cloud-based data solutions for consulting clients. The role includes designing pipelines, warehouses, lakes, and analytics platforms; mentoring technical teams; advising clients; managing incidents; and applying AI and advanced analytics. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of data engineering or architecture experience including 3 years in leadership, and strong expertise in Databricks and/or Snowflake, data modeling, ETL, cloud platforms, programming, big data, databases, and technical leadership. This is a hybrid U.S. role requiring office attendance twice weekly and 30–50% travel to client sites.
