Description
Bobyard is hiring its first data hire to establish the company-wide data architecture and analytics strategy. The role will build and maintain a data warehouse and ELT/ETL pipelines, create data models and transformation layers, standardize metrics and KPIs, develop executive and operational reporting, and create BI dashboards and self-service analytics. The position requires at least five years of analytics, analytics engineering, or business intelligence experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, advanced SQL, data modeling with dbt or an equivalent framework, Python for ETL/ELT, and experience building a data warehouse and pipelines at a company under a few hundred people. The role is on-site in San Francisco and offers a $140,000–$160,000 base salary plus equity and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
