Description
The Senior Data Architect supports the design and governance of Databricks and Microsoft Fabric analytics platforms. Responsibilities include maintaining platform reference architectures, defining operating models and RACI responsibilities, establishing data governance and quality standards, supporting solution development, standardizing DataOps and MLOps practices, and transferring knowledge through workshops and documentation. The role requires a STEM degree and at least five years of experience as a data engineer or data architect, along with expertise in SQL, Azure Databricks, Python, PySpark, Lakehouse, MLflow, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and related data migration and documentation skills.
