Description

Capco is hiring a Data Architect to support a client’s data-platform delivery in a regulated financial-services environment. The role leads the conceptual and technical design of Azure-based data-platform architecture, governs Azure Databricks patterns, develops enterprise data models and reusable data products for APIs, Power BI, analytics, and AI, and guides legacy-data migration and operational handover. The position is based in Bratislava or remote, offers permanent employment, and starts at a gross monthly base salary of €3,000.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: University degree in computer science, business information systems, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable discipline
Required Previous Experiences: Several years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data architectures and governed cloud data platforms in regulated financial services
Hands-on Azure Databricks experience covering source onboarding, Bronze and Silver data layers, enterprise data models, ETL/ELT, and data storage
Practical knowledge of SQL, data structures, APIs, and MCP interfaces
Experience with data-governance requirements, access controls, Microsoft Purview, metadata, lineage, data quality, and Okta-based access management
Experience integrating legacy and on-premises sources into cloud data platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Asset-management or investment-management experience
German language proficiency
