Description
Empower is hiring a Data Architect to analyze complex data, design and implement scalable cloud-based data architectures and models, and support analytics, reporting, and operational data products. The role covers data modeling, data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, batch and event-driven processing, cloud migration, governance, security, performance optimization, DevOps and DataOps, and technical mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of relevant technical experience including at least 5 years in a data-centric role, and expertise in SQL, relational databases, cloud platforms, big data frameworks, data integration, NoSQL technologies, and data visualization tools. The position offers a base salary of $138,000 to $200,100 and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
