Lantern is hiring a client-facing Data Architect to lead enterprise data strategy, architecture, and delivery across Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure. The role advises business and technology leaders, modernizes legacy platforms, designs secure and scalable data solutions, establishes governance and deployment standards, guides delivery teams, supports proposals and technical sales, and mentors engineers and consultants. The position requires extensive enterprise data and analytics consulting experience, strong hands-on expertise in the listed Microsoft and Databricks technologies, SQL and Python or PySpark proficiency, and consulting leadership skills. The Colorado salary range is $130,000–$180,000 USD, and the Ontario range is $128,000–$180,000 CAD.
