Description
Methods is hiring a senior Data Architect to serve as the technical authority for a data transformation programme, defining its target architecture, roadmap, standards, governance, and technical direction. The role involves designing end-to-end modern data solutions, exposing and integrating data through APIs and real-time streams, leading large-scale legacy-to-cloud data migrations, evaluating modern data-stack technologies, mentoring architects and engineers, and promoting Fabric capability and data standards. The candidate must have deep Microsoft Fabric and Azure data-stack expertise, advanced data modelling and database performance skills, experience with streaming, modern storage formats, AI/ML data architectures, unstructured data, and Lambda/Kappa patterns. The role is mainly remote but requires travel to client sites and Methods offices in London, Sheffield, and Bristol.
