Capgemini is hiring a senior data and systems professional to collaborate with users and project teams, translate business requirements into data solutions, analyze source systems and metadata, design logical and physical data models, build data flows with application development teams, guide technical stakeholders, and prepare functional design documents and testing artifacts. The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience, strong data and system analytics, database and Hadoop ecosystem knowledge, and advanced Japanese; English is preferred.
