Sia is recruiting Senior Consultants specializing in Data Architect solutions to lead client engagements, co-design data engineering solutions, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects from strategy through execution. The role covers data architecture and pipeline design, cloud and distributed systems, database modeling, data integration, CI/CD, and DataOps, while also developing Sia’s internal offerings, contributing to thought leadership, and mentoring junior consultants. Candidates need a relevant technical master’s degree, 3–6 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent academic research, strong analytical and communication skills, Dutch fluency, and interest in data and AI. The position offers flexible working arrangements and does not provide a work permit.
