Raintree is hiring a senior Data Architect to lead platform modernization for its AI-powered EMR and practice management software. The role focuses on target-state architecture, data modeling, event-driven and streaming patterns, legacy-to-modern migrations, data governance, lifecycle policies, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Architecture. It is a full-time remote position in the United States, with Eastern or Central time zones preferred, and requires 8+ years of architecture-first experience.
