Persistent Systems is hiring a Data Architect – OCP for its IAM Data Modernization program. The role designs and governs scalable data platforms, including OpenShift-based containerized workloads, PySpark batch and near real-time pipelines, CI/CD, data ingestion, orchestration, data governance, quality, observability, and hybrid cloud integrations. It is based in Dallas, Texas, or Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in the office, and pays $85 to $90 per hour. The position requires 10–14+ years of data architecture or data engineering experience, strong expertise in OpenShift, PySpark, CI/CD, and orchestration, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
