66degrees is hiring a Data Architect to assist customers in migrating to Google Cloud by designing scalable database solutions, migration strategies, and solution architectures. The role covers database objects, data, pipelines, orchestration, users, security, DDL and stored-procedure translation, data transfers, Google Cloud component configuration, workshops, and architectural recommendations. Candidates need at least five years of database management and IT experience, two or more years of Google Cloud experience, and proven experience with cloud-native databases such as Spanner, as well as migration experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle to Cloud SQL.
