Description
The Data & AI Capability Manager will lead the delivery of a scalable, production-ready data platform for a strategic enterprise client, using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. The role owns the data workstream from planning through production, leads and mentors the data engineering team, oversees data ingestion, transformation, modelling, quality, integrations, and delivery risks, and acts as the technical point of contact for data delivery. The position requires project-based data engineering leadership, hands-on Azure and Fabric experience, modern data platform knowledge, SQL and Python or PySpark skills, and strong stakeholder management.
