Description
Guidehouse is hiring a data catalog and metadata engineering professional to build and maintain enterprise metadata catalogs in Databricks-based federal government data environments. The role focuses on data governance, cataloging, ingestion support, dataset and schema documentation, data lineage, versioning, auditability, and metadata quality, while collaborating with engineers, platform teams, and mission stakeholders. An active Secret clearance and experience with federal data environments and Databricks are required; experience with Advana, Apache Spark, Unity Catalog, and federal data governance frameworks is preferred. The position may be performed on-site in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia, or remotely depending on project needs, with up to 10% travel.
