Vultr is hiring an Acquisitions Manager to execute its data center acquisition pipeline. The role engages operators and landowners, develops non-binding LOIs, negotiates term sheets and final commercial terms, manages concurrent deals, coordinates deliverables and diligence, and maintains alignment between site transactions and customer contracts. Candidates need 5–8 years of transaction execution experience, data center lease economics expertise, strong term-sheet drafting and Excel deal-economics skills, and a bachelor's degree. Compensation is $190,000–$215,000.
