Description
The Data Center Administrator performs basic, intermediate, and advanced data center operations, including infrastructure troubleshooting, building security and emergency response, customer and contractor support, monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, equipment maintenance, cross-connect installation, shipment management, and participation in audits and certifications. The role requires 2–5 years of data center operations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, building automation knowledge, and the ability to travel to various work-site locations.
