Description
Align is hiring a full-time Data Center Cabling Foreman to support large-scale structured cabling installations in AI and hyperscale data centers across the United States. The hybrid role combines field leadership with hands-on work, assisting the Superintendent with crew coordination, QA checks, standards enforcement, documentation, schedules, and project communication. The position requires 2–4+ years of structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber optic experience, crew leadership experience, drawing and testing-tool proficiency, and 75% travel to project sites nationwide. Compensation is $90,000–$115,000 plus benefits, project bonuses, paid travel, and advanced training.
