Description
Meta is hiring a Data Center Capacity and Support Manager to lead the deployment and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across hyperscale data centers and global regions. The role manages network engineers, coordinates with partners, vendors, and managed service providers, oversees project timelines and deployment quality, drives operational efficiency and automation, and provides mentorship and team development. The position requires at least eight years of large-scale data center network engineering experience, including hands-on production network planning, building, or migration, along with experience in incident management, change control, monitoring, and cross-functional infrastructure delivery.
