Description
The Data Center Chief Engineer oversees the day-to-day electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, and building systems operations and maintenance in an AWS data center. The role performs corrective and emergency troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, project management, vendor coordination, safety and security oversight, CMMS workflow management, and training for Engineering Operations Technicians. It requires at least four years of data center experience involving industrial electrical and mechanical systems, technical-document and engineering-drawing experience, and team leadership. The position may require travel to data center locations and offers a base salary of $111,300 to $186,100 USD annually in Jeffersonville, Ohio, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
