Description
Nebius is hiring a Data Center Chief Power Engineer in Lappeenranta, Finland to lead the operation, maintenance, reliability, safety, and optimization of electrical power infrastructure in a hyperscale or mission-critical data center. The role oversees high- and medium-voltage systems, UPS, generators, battery systems, SCADA, BMS, and EPMS; leads outage planning, emergency response, maintenance, root-cause analysis, and compliance with Finnish, European, and international standards; supports design reviews, commissioning, capacity planning, and sustainability initiatives; and leads power engineers, technicians, and critical facilities operators. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, power, or energy systems engineering and 8–15+ years of relevant experience, with Tier III or Tier IV, European regulatory, and high-voltage experience preferred.
