Description
MGAC is hiring a Project Manager for its Critical Environments team to lead data center and hospital construction projects. The role begins with a temporary one-year relocation to Fort Wayne, Indiana, then transitions to Indianapolis, Indiana, with approximately four to five onsite days per week subject to client needs. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, contracts, invoicing, add-services opportunities, and relationships with clients, design professionals, contractors, vendors, and other teams. Candidates need at least three years of construction project management experience, two years managing critical-environment construction projects, and three years of electrical project management experience, along with a construction-related bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience. The base salary is $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
