AECOM is hiring a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end workplace construction and renovation projects from concept through occupancy in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, contractors, bids, contracts, site inspections, compliance, change orders, and financial reporting, while coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, facilities, IT, security, EHS, HR, and business leaders. The position requires a BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or equivalent experience and education; hyperscale mission-critical or data center construction experience, PMP or similar certification, 20 years of related experience, and OSHA 30 certification are preferred. US employment authorization sponsorship and relocation are not available.
