SB Energy is hiring an on-site Project Manager near Temple, Texas, to lead medium-to-large construction capital projects, including hyperscale and colocation data centers, from concept and pre-construction through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The role manages scope, safety, schedule, budgets, contractors, vendors, stakeholders, customer requirements, financial reporting, quality controls, and operational handoff, while mentoring team members and leading site safety activities. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least seven years leading increasingly complex construction projects, at least five years of hyperscale or colocation data center experience, and CSA and MEP construction management experience are required.
