QTS is hiring a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead the design, pre-construction, and construction activities for data center development projects. The role manages multiple campus projects, budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, contractor payments, change orders, security, and project delivery while coordinating with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, commissioning agents, vendors, and operations staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent professional experience, at least eight years of commercial construction experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and onsite availability of 50% to 75% during the project duration.
