Microsoft is hiring a Data Center Critical Environment Technician Manager to lead and coach a team responsible for critical datacenter infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, controls, generators, HVAC, and other critical-environment systems. The role oversees equipment inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, incident response, vendor coordination, safety and security compliance, and operational reporting. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent plus multiple years of mission-critical services experience, or equivalent experience, along with the ability to work nonstandard shifts. The typical base pay range in Poland is 171,200–297,600 PLN per year.
