Description
AWS Infrastructure Services is hiring a Data Center Electrical Design Engineer to develop and standardize electrical designs for data centers, including design specifications, drawings, wiring schematics, vendor equipment selection, project scope, and technical support for innovation and research and development projects. The role requires at least six years of data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance experience, six years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission-critical facilities, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment. The position is available in Austin, Texas; Herndon, Virginia; and Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $136,600 to $184,800 annually.
