Description
OpenAI is seeking an experienced Data Center Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design, operation, and maintenance of large-scale data center campuses. The role oversees building and MEP design and proposals, critical equipment and facilities, vendor and contractor management, power, cooling, networking, construction, commissioning, and operational workflows. Candidates need at least 10 years of data center experience, extensive MEP and critical infrastructure expertise, knowledge of data center systems and regulatory compliance, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; a professional engineering certificate and advanced degree are required or preferred.
