Optiver is hiring a Data Center Engineer to maintain and optimize global data center environments supporting its trading infrastructure. The role involves installing and cabling switches, servers, and appliances; coordinating remote equipment installation; managing power, space, inventory, and documentation; performing break-fix repairs; executing build-outs and relocations; and troubleshooting fiber and copper cabling. Candidates need experience in large-scale data centers, structured cabling, cable testing, change control, server configuration, and infrastructure project coordination, along with strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and travel skills.
