Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician/Engineer in Dubai for its Infrastructure Operations team. The role troubleshoots and repairs data center hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure; performs break-and-fix repairs, host-level and server rack decommissions, media removal and destruction, and first-responder duties; escalates complex issues; and supports safety, compliance, ticket resolution, and operational improvement. Applicants must be UAE nationals with a valid family book, have computer hardware troubleshooting and networking experience, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
